Mail-Order Pharmacy Process

As a WellCare member, you will be able to save money by using WellCare Specialty Pharmacy - Mail Order Division. You are not required to use mail-order prescription service to obtain an extended day supply of maintenance medications. You have the option of using a retail pharmacy in WellCare's pharmacy network that has agreed to special terms and conditions allowing you to receive an extended supply of maintenance medication at that retail location.

If you choose to use a mail-order service, WellCare has its own mail-order pharmacy available to you. You can receive a 3-month supply while only paying 2.5 month's worth of your prescription drug costs. By using WellCare Specialty Pharmacy - Mail Order Service, you will be able to save money and have your medications delivered directly to you. Please allow 10-14 days for door to door delivery. Also, when using our mail-order pharmacy we provide automated refill reminder calls, automated refill re-ordering and the ability to check the status of your order by phone 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

WellCare Specialty Pharmacy - Mail Order Division is the preferred mail-order pharmacy for WellCare. You can get more information about filling your prescriptions by mail with WellCare Specialty Pharmacy - Mail Order Division by calling the Customer Care Center at 1-866-892-9006 (TTY users can call 1-866-507-6135), Monday - Thursday 8am to 7pm Eastern and Friday 8am to 6pm Eastern. Members have access to our pharmacists 24-hours a day, 7days a week for any emergency needs after our normal business hours.
