If you choose to use the mail order service, WellCare has partnered with Walgreens Mail Service. Generally, it can take up to two weeks to process and ship your order.

You are not required to use the mail order prescription drug service to obtain an extended supply of maintenance medications. You have the option of using a retail pharmacy in WellCare's pharmacy network that has agreed to special terms and conditions allowing you to receive an extended supply of maintenance medication at that retail location. 

To get order forms and information about filling your prescriptions by mail, call the Customer Care Center at 1-888-265-1807 (TTY/TDD users should call 1-800-925-0178) or log on to www.mywhi.com (a site outside of WellCare). Customer Care Center hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - Noon EST.
