A Medicare Advantage Private Fee-for-Service plan works differently than a Medicare supplement plan. Your doctor or hospital is not required to agree to accept the plan’s terms and conditions, and thus may choose not to treat you, with the exception of emergencies. Providers can find these terms and conditions on our website.

WellCare is authorized by law to refuse to renew its contract with CMS. CMS may also refuse to renew the contract. Termination or non-renewal may result in termination of your enrollment in the plan. In addition, WellCare may reduce its service area and no longer offer services in the area where you reside.
