It's Easy to Enroll for 2010

1. You can enroll online by clicking the Enroll Now button below. Then, click on the state where you reside. Then, click on the "View Details" button on the plan in which you wish to enroll in. Or you can click "Compare Plans" to view a comparison of plan benefits. On the next page, click the "Enroll Now" button at the bottom of the screen to begin the online enrollment process; or

2. You can download the2010 Enrollment Form and mail it into WellCare using the address provided with the form or2010 Enrollment in Spanish; or

3. You can call our friendly Customer Service representatives at 1-888-908-5252 (TTY users call 1-888-816-5252) Monday - Sunday, 7am to 2am Eastern to enroll over the phone or they’ll be happy to mail you an enrollment packet, as well as answer any questions you might have; or

4. You can enroll in WellCare online through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov.

*To enroll in a WellCare Prescription Drug Plan you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser.

You will receive a notice via mail or e-mail acknowledging receipt of the completed enrollment application.
