Joining is easy—you pay a small monthly premium (Medicare is paying for most of your costs), and you receive a WellCare Member ID card. To save, just show your card at a participating pharmacy.

Depending on the plan you choose and your drugs, you may also have a co-pay or coinsurance to pay. It's that simple! There are virtually no claim forms or paperwork to fill out.
